Nexscope ecommerce community and support

The ecommerce-ai-tools repository is Nexscope’s official public library for practical ecommerce guides, community questions, product feedback, and reproducible issue reports. It supports the hosted Nexscope tools and APIs; it does not contain the hosted application’s source code.

Want to contribute without writing a post? Vote for the ecommerce task you want help with. Voting is enough; leave a one-sentence reply only if you want tailored guidance.

Ecommerce problems we can help investigate

The community is organized around real decisions ecommerce teams make:

  • validate product demand before committing inventory;
  • identify comparable competitors and inspect price or BSR history;
  • audit an Amazon listing, inspect keyword and traffic evidence, and prioritize changes to test;
  • turn low-star review evidence into product or listing hypotheses;
  • research keywords for listings and advertising without mixing Google and Amazon metrics;
  • diagnose product-page SEO and sampled AI-search visibility;
  • find 1688 sourcing candidates that still require supplier verification;
  • create and review AI product images or videos before publishing them;
  • connect product, keyword, review, marketplace, SEO, and creative capabilities through REST APIs or MCP.

Nexscope can help collect and organize public evidence for these workflows. Provider estimates, sampled reviews, visual matches, generated media, and AI outputs still require human review and do not guarantee demand, ranking, supplier identity, product quality, or business outcomes.

How to ask a useful question

Before posting, search existing Discussions and Issues. If the problem remains unresolved, include:

  1. the marketplace and product category;
  2. the decision you are trying to make;
  3. the Nexscope tool, page, model, or endpoint involved;
  4. non-sensitive inputs and settings;
  5. the expected and observed result;
  6. an error code and whether credits were deducted, when relevant;
  7. what you already tried.

Use the same Issue when following a tracked fix. Add new evidence to an existing Discussion when it describes the same question.

Keep public posts safe

GitHub Discussions and Issues are public. Never post passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment details, private customer or supplier data, or unredacted logs and screenshots. For a sensitive security matter, account problem, or billing question, use private support.

What happens after you post

The official Nexscope team reviews public questions, ideas, and issue reports and follows up as quickly as possible. The team may request additional redacted evidence, convert a reproducible problem into a tracked Issue, or use recurring questions to improve a guide. A post does not guarantee an immediate fix, a specific response time, or acceptance of a requested feature.

Start with the official repository, ask a usage question, or report a reproducible problem.
